I recently put up a status on my personal Facebook page that had the cover of the latest issue of South African Glamour Magazine. The caption to the post basically stated that the Glamour editorial team did not capture the full essence of the Connie Ferguson brand considering that the headline is 'Connie Ferguson: Her Legacy'. The moment I had posted the post, I was not aware that I was starting a debate that would ignite a debate within the comment section of the post. I am a huge fan of the SA Glamour brand and I have and always will be one of their biggest readers. The only issue I had is that as much as it is the body and mind issue, with Mrs Ferguson who has been a large advocate of fitness as per her Instagram posts. The cover could have been approached in a way that retained the high fashion aspect of it all, which it currently has, and yet still have the elegant spark that is familiar with Mrs Ferguson and the Glamour brand.
