Hello darlings so this past weekend I was lucky enough to be given the opportunity that most girls would kill for, to work backstage at SA A/W Menswear. It was definitely an experience I would not have traded for anything in the world. The collections were fabulous. The most notable collections that left a distinct mark in my mind would be those of Quiteria, ThrowAwayTwenty, Richard Hoy, XM Creations and Masa Mara. These collections were each great in their own way because they forced the fashion-lover who attended the event to think consciously about the breakdown of the barriers that used to restrict the consumer about what would be considered ‘suitable’ for men to wear.
